ELECTRICIAN

Three (3) yrs of recent within five (5) years experience on operations, preventive maintenance and repairs of automated controls systems including but not limited to HVAC, EMS, BAS and distribution/interface with computerized management controls. 

HVAC TECHNICIAN

3 yrs recent exp. in commercial & industrial mechanical, structural & architectural maintenance services. Must be self-motivated conscientious, hardworking & honest. Must have demonstrated mechanical maintenance work exp. in commercial facilities. Immediate start. Must have universal refrigeration cert.

PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications: 5 yrs exp in commercial and industrial mechanical, structural and architectural maintenance services.  Must possess good administrative skills and ability to communicate well with constituents.  Must be self motivated, conscientious, hardworking and honest. Must have demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience guiding and directing mechanical maintenance personnel.  Must have universal refrigeration certification.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Perform general maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in commercial facilities. Must possess practical skills and knowledge (but not proficiency) associated with heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical trades.  Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Support qualified tradesman with their associated trades.

CUSTODIAL/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

3 yrs experience in custodial and ground maintenance services.  Must be self-motivated, conscientious, hard-working and honest.  Must have demonstrated custodial and grounds maintenance experience in commercial facilities.
